FINANCIAL SERVICES
Financial services include the collection of security deposits and rents. All approved bills are paid promptly. Monthly statements reflecting the receipts and disbursements, including the paid bills, are audited and e-mailed or mailed to the client and income is direct-deposited to the owner’s bank account on the 10th of each month.
MARKETING & ADVERTISING SERVICES
Marketing and Advertising of your property handled by our experienced marketing staff. We use an MLS system to advertise your property to agents throughout Georgia and Alabama. We also use the internet and advertising tools to project your home onto over 15 websites.
MAINTENANCE & REPAIR SERVICES
Maintenance and repair services are handled by our trusted local vendors, independent contractors and handymen. For all major repairs or replacements, bids are obtained to determine the best value for our clients. Our focus is to keep costs low for our owners while maintaining the quality of the properties for long-term occupancy.
SCREENING SERVICES
Tenants are carefully screened for creditworthiness and ability to pay rent. Our field inspectors do a thorough walk-through for every move-in and move out.
